hunspell-ru software package provides Russian dictionary for hunspell, you can install in your Debian 8 (Jessie) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install hunspell-ru
hunspell-ru is installed in your system.
Make ensure the hunspell-ru package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep hunspell-ru *
You will get with hunspell-ru package name, version, architecture and description in a table
